For years decaf drinkers have been scorned and overlooked, reduced to drinking weak, lifeless and uninspired brews. After searching high and low, combined with countless hours of sample roasting, we think we have done it.
It’s a decaf that packs in all the full-bodied flavour of regular coffee but without the caffeine. Starting with a chemical-free decaffeinating process -the Swiss water method- we have selected the finest beans to create this little beauty and in return, the Gelding has very quickly gained a cult following amongst decaf drinkers from both local and the greater Wellington region.
